Giveaway Terms & Conditions
April 18, 2026 – Important:
To participate in this promotion, you must follow the steps outlined below. Any participant who does not comply with the general conditions of the Moraira Boats Adventures giveaway may be excluded from the campaign “Koala Arrow School Paddle Surf Board & iPhone 17 Pro Max Giveaway” (hereinafter, the “Campaign”), even if they have received notification to participate through Moraira Boats Adventures’ social media channels.
CAMPAIGN BY MORAIRA BOATS ADVENTURES
Who is organizing the Campaign?
The organizer is MORAIRA BOATS ADVENTURES S.L. (hereinafter, “MORAIRA BOATS ADVENTURES”), a limited liability company incorporated under Spanish law, with tax ID B42571703 and registered address at Avenida La Ermita, 44, Gata de Gorgos.
What does the Campaign consist of?
- 1 Koala Arrow School Paddle Surf Board and 1 iPhone 17 Pro Max (Apple) will be raffled.
- To participate, users must:
- Follow the official account @morairaboatsadventures on Instagram or @morairaboatsadventures on Facebook.
- Take part in any activity offered by MORAIRA BOATS ADVENTURES.
- Post a story or publication mentioning MORAIRA BOATS ADVENTURES on either platform.
- If the account is private, a screenshot must be sent for verification of the story or post.
- The winner(s) will be announced on June 16, 2026, on MORAIRA BOATS ADVENTURES’ social media.
- There will be two possible winners.
Prize allocation criteria
MORAIRA BOATS ADVENTURES reserves the right to assign prizes and ensure proper use of social media. For this purpose:
- The winner will be chosen randomly using CommentPicker software.
- If 600 or more participants are reached, the iPhone 17 Pro Max will be raffled. Otherwise, only the Koala Arrow School Paddle Surf Board will be raffled.
- There will be one winning account for the paddle surf board and another winning account (if 600 participants are reached) for the iPhone 17 Pro Max.
- The prize will be announced in the days following the end of the giveaway.
- The winner(s) will be contacted via Instagram or Facebook and will have 72 hours to accept the prize. 72 horas para aceptar el premio.
- To be eligible, participants must not have engaged in fraudulent activity during the past year.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash value.
- The prize must be collected in person at a Moraira Boats Adventures office.
- f shipping is required, costs will be covered by the winner.
Campaign duration
The campaign begins on May 1, 2026, and ends on June 15, 2026.

What happens in case of fraud?
MORAIRA BOATS ADVENTURES may exclude any participant who:
- Mentions fake accounts
- Uses abusive or automated practices
- Primarily participates in giveaways
- Has not carried out any activity with MORAIRA BOATS ADVENTURES.
LEGAL TERMS
1. Organizer Identification
The organizer is MORAIRA BOATS ADVENTURES S.L., with tax ID B42571703 and registered address at Avenida La Ermita, 44, Gata de Gorgos.
2. Dates and geographical scope
The campaign will run from May 1, 2026, to June 15, 2026.
MORAIRA BOATS ADVENTURES may extend or modify the period for justified reasons.
Scope: Spain.
3. Participation requirements
- Must be over 18 years old
- Must be an Instagram or Facebook user
- Must follow and mention MORAIRA BOATS ADVENTURES in Facebook or Instagram.
- Must have completed an activity with MORAIRA BOATS ADVENTURES
- Must post a story or publication on one of the platforms
- If the account is private, a screenshot must be sent for verification of the story or post.
Excluded: employees, fraudulent profiles, or accounts specialized in giveaways.
MORAIRA BOATS ADVENTURES reserves the right to modify the Campaign if necessary.
4. Winner selection
MORAIRA BOATS ADVENTURES is not responsible for errors in participant data that prevent identification of the winner.
5. Nature of the prize
MORAIRA BOATS ADVENTURES is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once the prize has been delivered.
6. Data protection
Data will be processed in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 for the following purposes:
- Managing participation
- Contacting winners
- Sending commercial communications (if applicable)
7. Fraud penalties
Fraud includes:
- Use of bots or fake accounts
- Abusive behavior
This will result in disqualification.
MORAIRA BOATS ADVENTURES may take legal action.
8. Acceptance
Participation implies full acceptance of these terms.
